Venous Curriculum for Vascular Fellows

In an effort to augment and enhance venous training and education for vascular fellows in training programs throughout the United States, the American Venous Forum developed a Venous Curriculum, which was recommended to the Association of Program Directors in Vascular Surgery in 2006. . The Curriculum, compiled and edited by Dr. Joann Lohr covers the broad spectrum of venous disease including 1) Basic Considerations; 2) Evaluation and Diagnosis; 3) Management of Acute Venous Disease; 4) Management of Chronic Disease. It contains 35 references and 49 acknowledgements.
